What should I bring to class?
Just bring yourself and a water bottle! We provide mats, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. We also have props (blocks, blankets, bolsters) available for all students.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Since our studio is heated to 80-85 degrees, lighter layers work best. Most students wear leggings/shorts and a tank top or t-shirt.
I'm a complete beginner. Will I feel comfortable?
Absolutely! Our classes are designed to be welcoming for all levels. Our instructors offer modifications for every pose, and there's zero pressure to do anything that doesn't feel right for your body. Everyone starts somewhere, and we're here to support you.
How hot is the studio?
Our studio is heated to a comfortable 80-85 degrees. This warmth helps keep your muscles loose and safe as you move, but it's not overwhelmingly hot. It's the perfect temperature to flow without overheating.
What's your cancellation policy?
If you cannot attend your reserved class, we require at least 2 hours' notice to cancel your class. If you cancel within the 2-hour window you will be charged a late cancel fee of $10, or if you do not show up for class you will be charged a no show fee of $20. These fees apply to unlimited membership holders. Class pack holders will forfeit their class credit. We know life happens, but we are unable to make exceptions. These policies support fairness and help ensure more students have the opportunity to practice.
Do you offer memberships or class packages?

What types of classes do you offer?
We specialize in heated yoga flow classes set to curated music playlists. All levels are welcome in our classes. We also offer psychedelic (holotropic) breathwork, our popular heated sound baths and workshops.
What is Psychedelic Breathwork?
Psychedelic Breathwork is a transformative practice that uses a three part breathing techniques to induce altered states of consciousness naturally—without the use of any substances. Through intentional, rhythmic breathing patterns, participants can access deep meditative states, heightened awareness, and profound emotional release.
What if I have an injury or physical limitation?
Please let your instructor know before class about any injuries or concerns. They'll offer modifications and alternatives to keep you safe. If you have significant concerns, we're happy to discuss them with you before your first class.
Do you offer private classes?
Yes! We offer private sessions during the day for students who want one-on-one attention or small group instruction. Contact us for availability and pricing.
