Our Mission
To create a warm, welcoming space where yoga is accessible and approachable for everyone—because when the room is heated, the music is bumping and the community is genuine, transformation happens naturally.
Our Classes
All of our yoga classes are kept at a comfortable 80-85 degrees to keep your muscles warm and your body ready to move through each flow. We carefully curate fun, familiar music that helps you stay present in your practice.
Whether you're flowing through vinyasa sequences or finding stillness in a restorative pose, we make yoga fun and approachable for everyone. The combination of warmth, great music, and a judgment-free atmosphere creates an experience that's both energizing and grounding—never intimidating, always welcoming.
Our Instructors
Nicole J.
Nicole is a 200HR-RYT with over 200 additional hours of advanced training, including a Stand-Up Paddle-board (SUP) Yoga certification. With 8+ years of teaching experience, she offers styles from dynamic power vinyasa to restorative yin throughout NYC and the Hamptons. She has taught for CorePower Yoga, Y7 Studios, and many more, in addition to leading private and pop-up classes throughout the city.
A lifelong athlete and former collegiate volleyball player, Nicole found yoga after a weightlifting injury. Her teaching blends athleticism with mindfulness—challenging yet welcoming to all levels. In every class, she aims to create a space where everyone feels safe, included, and empowered to reconnect with their body and breath.
Andie L.
Andie is the owner of WolfMother yoga, a certified Reiki master, psychedelic breathwork facilitator, sound healer and yoga instructor. As a holistic wellness practitioner, Andie blends time-honored traditions with contemporary approaches to create unique, immersive experiences. Her sound healing sessions use crystal bowls and tuning forks to promote deep relaxation, stress relief, and spiritual growth.
Her journey into holistic wellness began at 16 while battling chronic illness. After three years of trial and error with Western medicine, she found relief through the power of energy healing. Since then, Andie had a 8-year career in corporate finance before focusing full time on her healing practice. Andie specializes in working with those in the corporate world as well as those processing grief, but all will benefit from her healings.
Natalya M.
Natalya is a yoga teacher, meditation guide, and sound artist. With a background in studying yoga asana and Tibetan Buddhist meditation, her classes take the forms of vinyasa, yin yoga, and sound healing. Natalya approaches her teachings with gentleness – a softness for the human experience – emphasizing joy, healing, exploration, and compassion through instruction. She cues classes from the heart — inspiring a sense of trust in oneself and the internal wisdom that arises from curiosity in one’s own body, mind, and spirit. Her classes are intended to expand her students’ awareness, inspire kindness, and awaken them to their own resilience.
Outside of her yoga practice, Natalya can be found making music or writing, often with a black cat in her lap and her loyal chihuahua by her side.
Pedro S.
Pedro is a Brooklyn born and movement-driven instructor. Pedro brings dance background into every part of their yoga teaching. Blending dynamic, dance-inspired flow with proper alignment and a deep connection to breath. Pedro’s classes balance spice and fire with grounding rest—leaving students feeling energized, centered, and renewed.
Myari W.
Myari is a Brooklyn-based 200 hour vinyasa yoga instructor with additional training in restorative yoga, yin yoga, and mat Pilates. She had her first encounter with yoga over ten years ago and instantly felt connected to the practice. Years later she decided to deepen her practice and learn how to guide others in theirs by becoming an instructor in 2020. Inspired by nature, dance, and yogic philosophy, her classes emphasize fluidity, alignment, grounding, and the breath. When she’s not teaching you can find her at an art gallery, studying to get her comprehensive Pilates certification, or watching Real Housewives of Atlanta.
